A 12-meter custom 316 stainless steel water feature sculpture completed in Uzbekistan, covering the full process from 3D design and fabrication to cross-border logistics and on-site installation guidance. The interactive water-flow and lighting system creates different visual effects by changing the flow speed.
This large-scale water feature sculpture was custom-made for a project in Uzbekistan.
The sculpture is approximately 12 meters long and 4 meters wide, featuring a large circular ring structure combined with flowing water and integrated lighting.
Because of its size, material requirements, water system, lighting system, and overseas installation, the project required close coordination between design, fabrication, transportation, and on-site installation.
Our factory was responsible for the project from the initial 3D design stage through production, international transportation, and installation guidance, providing a complete manufacturing and project support service.
The project started with the customer's concept and our 3D modeling and engineering development.
At the design stage, we considered not only the appearance of the sculpture but also the practical requirements of the water flow, lighting, structural strength, fabrication, transportation, and installation.
The 3D model was developed to help confirm the overall proportions and structure before production.
For a sculpture of this scale, early planning was particularly important because the final installation involved both water and electrical systems.

The main structure was manufactured using 316 stainless steel.
For a water feature installation, material selection is an important part of the project. 316 stainless steel provides good corrosion resistance and is well suited to demanding environments where the sculpture is in contact with water.
Our production team carried out the stainless steel cutting, forming, welding, grinding, and surface finishing according to the project requirements.
For the large ring structure, maintaining smooth curves and consistent surface quality was especially important to achieve the clean appearance shown in the original design.
One of the special features of this project is the relationship between the water flow and lighting effects.
The sculpture was designed so that changes in the water-flow speed can create different lighting effects.
As the water flow changes, the visual rhythm of the sculpture also changes, creating different combinations of movement, reflection, and light.
This gives the installation a more dynamic appearance instead of remaining a static sculpture.
It also allows the water feature to create different visual moods depending on the operating setting and surrounding environment.
After fabrication was completed in our factory, the sculpture needed to be transported from China to Uzbekistan.
For an overseas project of this size, transportation planning was considered during the production stage.
The structure was prepared according to the requirements of international transportation, with attention to packaging, section dimensions, protection of the stainless steel surface, and final assembly.
Our team also provided installation guidance for the overseas project, helping the local team understand the assembly sequence and technical requirements.
After the sculpture arrived at the project site, the installation process began according to the previously prepared drawings and production plan.
Our team provided remote technical support and installation guidance throughout the process.
The stainless steel structure, water circulation system, and lighting components needed to work together correctly. The final commissioning therefore included checking the structure, water flow, lighting effects, and overall appearance.
After installation and adjustment, the 12-meter water feature sculpture was successfully completed.
For this project, our work went beyond manufacturing the sculpture.
We provided support throughout the entire process:
3D Design → Engineering Development → 316 Stainless Steel Fabrication → Water & Lighting Integration → Packaging → International Logistics → Installation Guidance → Final Commissioning
For overseas B2B projects, we believe that this complete process is important.
A large sculpture may look simple after installation, but successful delivery requires careful planning at every stage. Production dimensions, transportation, site access, installation sequence, water systems, and lighting all need to be considered before manufacturing begins.
